    Vintage Mitchell 300 Made In France Excellent Condition. This is all original except the handle it did not have a handle on it when I purchased it. This handle on it now was the nicest one I could find on eBay for . I think this is the right one for this fishing reel but I don't know for sure. It fits and works perfectly. Spins very nicely and functions properly. All I did is clean it very gently and oil necessary parts. Very minimal paint loss. Bail wire and bail mechanism and screws all shining nicely still after all these years. I don't know if people fish these very much anymore but  probably definitely a collectible in the condition this one's in . Probably a 1957 or newer it could be older than 1957 if it's a restamp read article in last two pictures. One of those two women might have assembled this fishing reel pretty cool.
